Beginning Oct 10th, Extra Inning athletes will be able to take advantage of Conca Performance’s dynamic warm-up and corrective exercise sessions prior to and following their hitting or throwing lessons. Here’s how Extra Inning player’s can take advantage of this opportunity:

1. Pre-Session - Player arrives 20 minutes prior to their Extra Inning lesson
Their first visit will be a Functional Movement Screen (see website for details)
Each subsequent session will consist of a functional warm-up and corrective exercise progression

 
2. Attends Extra Innings Lesson


3. Post session - Player will spend an additional 15 minutes with a Conca Strength Coach after their lesson
Post-workout stretching and corrective exercise.
